Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

 

 

for Players Entering 3rd through 8th Grades

 

Co-sponsored by NCYF and Saxe Phys. Ed and NCHS Football Asst. Coach Frank Arcamone

Goal: To prepare youth athletes for Fall 2010 Football Season  
   

Program Details:

Dates: Tuesday and Friday mornings from July 6 through July 30th from 8am to 9am.

Exact dates: July 6, 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30.
 

Location:  New Canaan High School-Dunning Stadium

If Fields are closed due to weather, session will be cancelled. Call Field Hotline: 594-3610

 

Equipment:  Participants should wear cleats (preferred) or sneakers and a bring filled water bottle.

 

Program Description: (Exercises will be customized to each grade level):

Dynamic Stretching

Strength Activities (using own body weight)

Agility Skills

Cardio respiratory

 

Cost:  $50 per athlete. (Note: fixed fee regardless of the # of sessions attending)
